Dave graduated with an MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, 1994. He has over 26 years in the industry - 9 as an engineering consultant and working as a manufacturer's representative since 2003.
As the President of TAES, Dave has a passion for assisting our customers with their environmental infrastructure needs.

A native of Central Georgia, Jon Baker graduated from Mercer University in 1990 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His first job took him to Tulsa, Oklahoma to work in the air pollution control industry for John Zink Company, a division of Koch Industries. In the mid-nineties, Jon returned to Georgia and began working for Dorr-Oliver.
In 1999, Jon became a manufacturer’s representative and in 2012 joined forces with Templeton and Associates Engineering Sales. In July 2019, he and his partner, Dave Williams, acquired TAES. Jon focuses on water treatment, wastewater treatment and odor control primarily in Georgia’s rural markets and the Florida Panhandle; serving engineers, contractors, municipalities, utilities, industries and federal clients. He is an active member of GAWP, GRWA, WEF & AWWA.

Monica Larson holds a B.A. in business management from the University of Central Florida. She joined Templeton & Associates in 2018 and has quickly become one of our parts sales specialists. She is enthusiastic about helping our customers any way she can.
Allen Walker is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in civil engineering and a registered professional engineer. His almost 40 years of industry experience includes working as a consulting engineer, a rep for a pump manufacturer and a manufacturer's rep with Templeton & Associates Engineering Sales, Inc. for 32 of those years.
Allen is currently a member of AWWA, WEF, WWEMA, GRWA, GAWP and 5S. He is a past member of the WEF MARC (Manufacturer and Rep Committee), a Past President of the Gwinnett Chapter of GSPE (1989-90), Past Chair of the Georgia WEF Committee (2002-2003), Georgia Association of Water Professionals Past Vice President (2005-2006) and President (2006-2007), a previous Georgia Member Association Delegate to WEF (2013-2016) and the current vice chair of the Rep Committee for the Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers' Association.
Allen is a Water Environment Federation Hugh Wyckoff Award recipient, a Water Environment Federation Sidney Bedell Award recipient, a Georgia Association of Water Professionals Charles H. Jones Service Award recipient, and a GSPE President’s Citation Award recipient.
Originally from Anderson, South carolina, Bill attended The Citadel and graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering in 1982. He moved to the greater Atlanta area, working in consulting engineering and obtaining his Professional Engineer license. Bill then worked with a pump manufacturer as a Regional Engineer until joining Templeton Engineering Sales in 1989. He and Allen Walker formed Templeton & Associates Engineering Sales in 1996 where he still continues to support his clients.
Bill is an active member of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP), where he has served as both President and Exhibit Committee chair. He also is active in the 5-S Society, Golden Hydrant Society, American Water Works Association (AWWA) and Water Environment Federation (WEF).
Stanley is a lifelong resident of Gainesville, GA where he worked as the Water & Wastewater Division Manager for the Gainesville Water Resources Department. His duties included the operations and management of 2 water treatment plants, 2 water reclamation facilities, departmental maintenance and lift stations operations. After retiring from the city in 2010, he came to work with Templeton & Associates in their sales department.
Stanley served as District Director and Board member of GAWP for eight years and was the recipient of the N M DeJarnette Award for service to that organization. He is also a recipient of the Water Environment Federation's William D. Hatfield Award.
A Dacula, Georgia native, Jarrett attended Georgia Tech where he began is career with the City of Gainesville Department of Water Resources in the co-op program. Following graduation, he became a full time employee and worked for the next 17 years in the Construction Services group, where he became the Construction and Project Management Section Chief. He worked on projects which included Linwood Water Reclamation Facility, Gainesville Public Safety Building, Dawsonville Highway Regional Sewerage Facilities, Lakeside Water Treatment Plant Finished Water Mains, as well as numerous extension and replacement projects. Jarrett finished the last 4 years of his career with the City of Gainesville heading the Distribution, Collection and Stormwater Division and retired in November of 2019. Jarrett joined Templeton and Associates in January of 2020 and looks forward to continuing service in the Georgia water and wastewater industry.
Jordan is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he played football and received his degree in Industrial Distribution. He began his career on the manufacturing side of the water/wastewater industry and worked his way up to become a national sales manager. Jordan joined Templeton & Associates in early 2020, and looks forward to working with operators, consulting engineers, and providing top notch service. He is a member of WEF, AWWA and GAWP.
Having graduated from Kennesaw State University, Trevor started in facility operation management before bringing his love of numbers and helping others to Templeton in 2018. He is an essential part of our accounting department, working with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and collections. In addition, Trevor assists with other administrative areas of the company.
